  • Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)


🔁 Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately.


💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund method depends on your original payment method (or bank transfer for COD orders).


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, TRECY will cover the shipping cost.
